How long does it take to activate my plan?

After you've signed up and provided the necessary documents, your plan activation typically takes just a few hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once your plan is ready to use.
If you order an eSIM, you will receive it by email. You can then add it to your device right away and activate it when you are in Israel. It should work straight away.
If you order a physical SIM card, you choose to have it delivered to you or pick it up at our locations in the USA or Israel.
The cell service is available from the beginning of the date of the plan start.
