How to order, step by step?

1. Start by selecting the start date for your plan. If desired, you can also add an optional end date.
2. Once your dates are set, click "Add to Cart."
3. At this point, you can choose to either view your cart or continue shopping for more plans.
4. If you want to review your plan in the cart, click "View Cart." If you want to add more plans, click "Continue Shopping." You can even duplicate a plan from the cart.
5. For each plan, enter a Plan User Name for easy identification and shipping purposes, especially for schools.
6. Take a moment to review your order in the cart. Once you're ready, click "Checkout."
7. Fill in your shipping details, including your phone number, email, and Zip Code. If your billing address matches the shipping address, you can simply check the box.
8. Note that for eSIM orders, only a Billing address is required, as the eSIM is sent via email.
9. Set a password and confirm it. This will grant you access to the customer portal, allowing you to manage and update your orders.
10. Select your source from the drop-down menu to let the company know how you found us.
11. Provide your credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
12. Ensure that the Billing Zip Code matches the credit card's details to avoid any payment issues.
13. Confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions by checking the box.
14. Finally, click the "Place Order" button to finalize your purchase.
15. Congratulations! Your order has been successfully placed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
16. You can now access the customer portal using the password you created earlier to manage and update your orders.
17. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact customer support.
